All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Non-returnable items

All digital products — including sample packs, MIDI packs, preset banks, and any other downloadable files — are non-returnable and non-refundable upon delivery.

Damaged or incorrect files

If you experience a technical issue with your files (corrupted download, missing files, or incorrect delivery), please contact us immediately at info@loopslane.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

European Union – Digital Content Exception

For customers in the European Union: by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the download has begun.
