Does it work in my DAW?

Chord Flow works in all DAWs and we've attached installation instructions for all DAWs. It is loaded via a plugin called Ripchord, which supports AU or VST3 for Mac, and a VST3 for Windows. Be sure to verify if your DAW supports the full VST3 MIDI spec.

Maschine, MPC Live and Reason do not work at this time.

Do I need music theory?

We emphasize on stydying music theory as a musician. However, with Chord Flow your music theory limitations won't hold you back. It's a net benefit if you know musci theory.

Do I need to purchase extra plugins?

No. Once you've made your purchase we will send you a download link and setup instructions in your email.

Does it work on PC and MAC?

Yes it works on both PC and MAC.

Do I need a MIDI keyboard?

No. You don't need a MIDI keyboard to use it. You can use a normal computer keyboard or your DAW's piano roll.

What is the refund policy?

All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide a refund is that once a digital good has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.

How will I receive my kits after I purchased them?

You'll be provided with a download link right after purchase. In addition, we send you a confirmation email with your download link so you can download it later if you want.
